If you suspect human trafficking — contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline immediately:
Call or text 1-888-373-7888  |  Text "HELP" to 233733  |  Chat at humantraffickinghotline.org
For emergencies, always call 911 first.

1. Our Commitment

voyeurlife maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and sexual exploitation in all forms. We do not allow, facilitate, tolerate, or condone any form of human trafficking, forced labor, debt bondage, sexual coercion, or exploitation on our platform.

  • We prohibit the use of our platform by anyone engaged in trafficking or coercive practices.
  • Any content suspected of involving trafficking or exploitation will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating trafficking-related activity.
  • All performers on our platform have voluntarily consented to participate and have verified they are adults acting of their own free will.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • Human Trafficking: The recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of labor or commercial sex acts.
  • Sex Trafficking: The commercial sexual exploitation of an adult by force, fraud, or coercion; or any commercial sexual exploitation of a minor regardless of whether force, fraud, or coercion is involved.
  • Forced Labor: Compelling a person to work through force, fraud, or coercion, including debt bondage.
  • Exploitation Indicators: Behavioral or situational signs suggesting a person may be a victim of trafficking (see Section 4).

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:

  • Recruiting, soliciting, or advertising trafficking victims through our platform
  • Controlling, directing, or coercing another person's participation on our platform
  • Collecting or retaining another person's identity documents as a means of control
  • Threatening, intimidating, or blackmailing a performer or user
  • Facilitating or profiting from the exploitation of another person
  • Advertising or soliciting commercial sex services involving trafficking
  • Any content depicting minors in a sexual context (immediately reported to NCMEC)

4. Identifying Warning Signs

Our moderation team is trained to recognize indicators of potential trafficking, including:

4.1 Performer-Side Indicators

  • A third party controlling or monitoring the performer's account
  • Signs of scripted or coached responses under apparent duress
  • Inconsistencies between registration details and live behavior
  • Requests for tips or transfers to a third-party account or person
  • Performer appears fearful, disoriented, or acting under instruction
  • Multiple accounts appearing to be operated by the same controller
  • Unexplained bruising, injuries, or visible distress

4.2 User/Message Indicators

  • Messages soliciting in-person commercial sex arrangements
  • Attempts to recruit performers for "off-platform" work
  • Offers to "manage" or "book" a performer
  • Communications referencing debt owed to a third party
  • References to a "boss," "agency," or controller directing the performer
  • Attempts to negotiate for content involving minors

5. Detection & Moderation Procedures

5.1 Proactive Monitoring

  • Account Verification: All performers complete identity and age verification before going live. Submitted documents are reviewed for authenticity.
  • Behavioral Review: Our moderation team monitors for the warning signs listed in Section 4 during live streams and in recorded content.
  • Automated Flagging: Our systems flag accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with trafficking indicators for human review.
  • User Reports: All trafficking-related reports from users or performers are escalated immediately to senior moderation staff.

5.2 When a Concern is Identified

  1. Immediate suspension of the flagged account(s) pending investigation.
  2. Evidence preservation: All relevant account data, communications, session logs, and payment records are preserved and secured.
  3. Internal escalation: The concern is routed to a designated Safety Officer for review within one (1) hour of detection.
  4. Law enforcement notification if the concern meets the threshold described in Section 6.
  5. Content removal of any content associated with the flagged activity.
  6. Documentation: All actions taken are logged with timestamps for potential use in legal proceedings.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation Protocol

6.1 Mandatory Reporting Triggers

We will proactively report to law enforcement when we have a reasonable belief that:

  • A performer or user is a victim of sex or labor trafficking
  • Our platform has been used to facilitate trafficking, recruit victims, or advertise trafficked persons
  • Content involving a minor has been uploaded or transmitted (reported to NCMEC CyberTipline and law enforcement immediately)
  • Imminent physical danger to any individual is indicated

6.2 Reporting Agencies

  • Local Law Enforcement: 911 (emergencies) or local non-emergency line
  • FBI: tips.fbi.gov or local field office
  • Homeland Security Investigations (HSI): 1-866-347-2423 or tips.dhs.gov
  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): CyberTipline at cybertipline.org (mandatory for CSAM)
  • National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888 (also accepts tips)

6.3 Information We Provide to Law Enforcement

Upon a valid legal request or when proactively reporting, we may provide:

  • Account registration data (name, email, IP address, device identifiers)
  • Session logs, timestamps, and geographic data
  • Payment and transaction records
  • Chat and communication records
  • Copies of content or streams associated with the investigation
  • Identity verification documents submitted during registration

We respond to lawful subpoenas, court orders, and emergency disclosure requests on an expedited basis. Emergency requests from law enforcement are processed within 24 hours.

7. Performer Safeguards

voyeurlife maintains the following protections to ensure all performers participate freely and voluntarily:

  • Consent Verification: Every performer must affirmatively consent to participate and may withdraw consent and terminate their account at any time without penalty.
  • Identity Verification: Performers verify their identity and age independently — no third party may submit documents on a performer's behalf.
  • Direct Payment: Earnings are paid directly to the performer's verified account. We do not release payments to third parties unless the performer has explicitly authorized it.
  • No Debt Bondage: We do not impose financial obligations that restrict a performer's ability to leave the platform.
  • Confidential Reporting: Performers may report concerns confidentially to our Safety Team without fear of account suspension or retaliation.
  • Exit Assistance: Performers who indicate they are in a dangerous situation will be connected with appropriate support resources and law enforcement.
