1. Operator and scope
Voyeur Life Inc operates this adult service. This policy covers viewers, account holders, performers, and every person depicted in user-generated adult content.
2. Viewer age assurance
An “I am 18+” declaration and date of birth support account controls but are not treated as robust age assurance where law or a payment partner requires an independent check. Before pornographic content is shown in a covered location, a visitor must complete the approved age-assurance method or be denied access.
The configured service may offer document-based age verification or facial age estimation. The specific method shown depends on the operator’s approved configuration, provider availability, location, and risk. A failed, abandoned, expired, unavailable, or indeterminate required check does not grant access.
3. Placement and regional control
- Required age-assurance checks occur before restricted adult imagery, video, live streams, galleries, or camera listings are displayed.
- Region rules are maintained in a site-specific control list and reviewed when laws, court orders, or processor requirements change.
- If a visitor’s location cannot be reliably narrowed below a restricted country, the service applies the more protective rule.
- Cookies, session state, and a minimal account flag may remember a successful result; bypass attempts may trigger a new check or denial.
4. Performer and depicted-person verification
Viewer assurance does not replace performer verification. Before approval or publication, every depicted person must independently provide valid government identification, a possession/face check, legal name, date of birth, aliases where required, and affirmative content-linked consent. A human reviewer must approve the record. Uncertainty, expired documents, identity mismatch, or an unverified participant requires rejection or escalation.
5. Privacy and retention
- The platform is designed to receive only the provider’s status, method, threshold, and session reference for viewer assurance—not the provider’s raw selfie, document image, or biometric reference data.
- Age-assurance providers process information under their own notices; users are shown applicable privacy and terms links during the flow.
- Performer identity documents are stored in private, segregated and access-controlled storage outside the public web root and are delivered only through authenticated endpoints.
- Access and decisions are logged and retained under the Data Retention Policy and any applicable legal hold.
6. Underage or bypass reports
Suspected underage access, false identity, or circumvention should be reported through Complaints. Suspected illegal or non-consensual content should use Content Removal. Urgent matters are restricted and escalated under the prohibited-content procedure.
7. Contact
Email [email protected] with the subject “Age Verification.” Do not email identity documents unless an authorized responder provides a secure transfer method.
